Payments:
To confirm bookings for all contracted services, an advance payment is required, with the remaining balance payable either before departure from your country or upon arrival in INDIA, but prior to the commencement of services. The amount of advance payment will be determined by management based on the nature of the service and the time remaining until service commencement. For Special Train Journeys or hotel/resort bookings during peak seasons (X-Mas, New Year), full payment in advance is mandatory.
Mode of Payment
Overseas advance payments can be made via Wire Transfer to our bank.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation of tour or travel services must be communicated to us in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows:
- 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the Tour/service cost
- 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the Tour/service cost
- 07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour/service cost
48 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund
Note: Cancellations must be submitted on all working days except Sundays. Cancellations sent on Sundays will be processed the following working day (Monday). During the X-mas and New Year period from 20 Dec to 05 Jan, payments are non-refundable. If the trip is canceled after commencement, refunds will be limited and dependent on recoverable amounts from hoteliers/contractors for unused accommodations, transportation, and missed meals.
Wildlife Safaris Cancellation:
Bookings for wildlife safaris in Indian Wildlife National Parks/Sanctuaries are non-refundable, and date change requests will also be considered as cancellations with no refund or adjustment.
Our Liabilities & Limitations:
- After finalizing the Tour/service Cost, any subsequent hikes in entrance fees, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges imposed by the Government of India will be charged extra.
- Imdestinations.com acts solely as an agent for hotels, airlines, transporters, railways, and other service providers, and all issued documents are subject to the terms and conditions of these providers.
- Itineraries provided are sample itineraries and may be subject to changes due to various factors such as weather, road conditions, and participants' physical abilities. We reserve the right to modify schedules in the interest of safety, comfort, and well-being.
- Rates are based on negotiated rates with hotels and airlines, which are subject to change without notice. All hotel bookings follow standard check-in and check-out times unless specified otherwise.
- We shall not be liable for any delays, alterations, or expenses incurred due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents, breakdowns, weather conditions, sickness, political closures, or any other unforeseen incidents.
- We shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons, property, or otherwise, resulting from acts of GOD, accidents, civil disturbances, thefts, epidemics, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.
- We do not provide insurance covering expenses for accidents, sickness, theft, or other unforeseen circumstances. Visitors are advised to arrange such insurance in their home country. All baggage and personal property are at the client's risk at all times.
